One zip code four neighborhoods twelve houses in less than seven minutes. Let's go We'll start with Williamson farms between Mustang and Newcastle west of I-44 and southwest of the airport We've got builders like Vesta Homes, Marquis Homes, Bridgeport, KCI, that's Greg and Monica Best. It's a gated community 725 homes, two ponds, trails, baths, two pools.
The first home you're seeing here is three bedrooms, two and a half baths, 2,000 square feet. Unfortunately, this one's just gone under contract, but you can still get this one at 4900 southwest 128th Street. It's four bedrooms, three baths, and that's four true bedrooms and an office.
This one is wired for a whole house generator. It has custom Christmas lights, an in-ground storm shelter. The final home we have for sale right now in Williamson Farms is 4704 southwest 126th or bedrooms, three full baths.

Rio de Bella is another one of my favorite neighborhoods over here. We have three homes for sale. Everybody here has three quarters of an acre up to one acre.
The entire zip code has grown rapidly since 2010. Average age is 35 and most work in health care or manufacturing. The first one we're going to look at is on Tarragona Drive.
Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, 2800 square feet built in 17. The seller is offering $5,000 towards the buyer's closing costs. Over here on Mallorca we've got a four bedroom, four full baths, 3,600 square feet built in 2013.

This one at Preservation Parkway is a special for all of you who want to live multi-generationally. It's three bedrooms, two and a half baths, 2800 square feet built in 21 and it has a mother-in-law floor plan with two good-sized bedrooms and a Jack and Jill between 4325. Southwest 129th is a three-bedroom, two and a half bath, 3000 square feet built in 2017.
It has the theater room, jetted tub, enormous closet with all kinds of great storage and water features all over. It's really a very pleasant place to live. 4301 Southwest 128th Court is a personal favorite with these clear story windows.
It's three bedrooms, two and a half baths, 3100 square feet built in 2019. An enormous lot of just over half an acre, plenty of parking space. Landmark homes have been a previous winner of America's Best Builders.
This beauty on Parkside Drive is five bedrooms, three bathrooms, 3000 square feet built in 2023. You would be the first owner of this brand new home. Former police officer and teacher Dan and Amy Reeves founded Landmark Homes.
